Through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), there are many discretionary grant programs that various entities are eligible to apply for.

Eligible entities include, but are not limited to, counties, cities, municipalities, federally recognized tribes, community organizations, and private firms.

  • Use Grants.gov to search for the grant name.

  • Select the correct grant by clicking the opportunity number. This will pull up the official grant opportunity.

  • Click the “Apply” button to start an application.
